Effect of diet on the mental performance of children

Expected final results - Due to the large and excellent cohort studies involved, a wealth of information will be generated, making possible to link food intake data to biochemical & genetic measurements and to mental performance measurements in a large population across Europe. This will enable the establishment of positive dietary recommendations to be made for the European population as a whole.
